Our Department has taken on among its missions the one of promoting the role of women in the STEM disciplines and, in particular, in the aerospace sector.

In this context, we established the Aerospace Women Award (AWA).

Our effort is confirmed by the establishment of its third edition. AWA 2023 consists of two awards for graduates in the M.Sc. courses in Aeronautical Engineering and Space Engineering, who have developed brilliant thesis’s works.
