The project is funded by the European Innovation Council Pathfinder Challenge 2024 and it aims to develop a payload for Space Situational Awareness (SSA) tasks using modified star trackers and neuromorphic cameras. ​

High level impacts:​

• Demonstrating applicability of new sensors in space (neuromorphic cameras)​
• Measurement rate compatible with real time operations for proximity operations​
• Development of on board software promoting autonomy in line with long term expansion goal of space activities (e.g., cislunar space)​
• Raising TRL level of solutions (target 4)​
• Repurposing of legacy sensors (star trackers), potentially transforming​
  existing constellations in Space Surveillance and Tracking assets​
• Facilitating transition of research from Academia to industry​
