Giuseppe Quaranta

Giuseppe Quaranta is Full Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Department of Aerospace Science and Technology (DAER), where he teaches graduate courses dedicated to aeroelasticity and rotorcraft aeromechanics. He coordinates the FRAME Lab, a research structure of DAER dedicated to multi-disciplinary design techniques, working on topics related to rotorcraft dynamics. He coordinates the Clean Sky 2 project RoCS, which is investigating rotorcraft certification using simulation. He also coordinated the NITROS European Joint Doctoral programme, an ITN project that trained 12 PhD students on rotorcraft safety. He is currently the Deputy Director of DAER.
