IRIDE stands as one of Europe’s foremost space programs in the field of Earth observation. Initiated by the Italian Government, its development is centred in Italy, leveraging resources from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
Expected to achieve full operational capability by June 2026, IRIDE is coordinated by the European Space Agency (ESA) in collaboration with the Italian Space Agency (ASI).
