Franco Bernelli Zazzera, full professor at the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology, Politecnico di Milano, is the new President of the Council of European Aerospace Societies (CEAS) ↗.

CEAS is an international association gathering four corporate bodies (European Aviation Safety Agency, EASA; European Space Agency, ESA; EUROAVIA; and EUROCONTROL) and twelve national societies, with roughly 35.000 individual members.
