Meet the Astronauts!

From October 14 to 18, 2024, Milan will become the space capital of the world and will be home of the 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC), the most important international conference dedicated to space and astronautics, organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) in collaboration with the Italian Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics (A.I.D.A.A), the Italian Space Agency (ASI) and Leonardo.
On this occasion, Politecnico di Milano, is proud to host 7 astronauts from the International Astronauts Chapter, organized jointly by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), the Association of Space Explorers (ASE), and the Italian Space Agency (ASI), for an extraordinary event dedicated to all students passionate about space.

A talk session will be held, introduced by the welcome from:
- Prof. Isabella Nova, Executive Vice Rector of the Politecnico di Milano
- Prof. Marco Lovera, Director of the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology
- Prof. Franco Bernelli Zazzera, Rector's Delegate for International Relations of the School of Industrial and Information Engineering
This will be followed by the astronauts presentations and a Q&A session where you can ask all your burning questions about space exploration!
