Telespazio presents #T-TeC - Telespazio Technology Contest: the Open Innovation initiative dedicated to promoting development and technological innovation in the space sector among the younger generations, to enhance their ideas and insights, supporting their implementation with prizes.

Stefano Beco - Research, Digital & Innovation - Vice President, National and European Funded Programs at Telespazio.
Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome. He led the engineering team involved in the design, development and testing of User Services for the ENVISAT-1 satellite for the European Space Agency. Since 2000 he has been responsible for all Research & Development projects carried out in Datamat relating to distributed computing infrastructures and services (Grid, Cloud), for the Space domain. In Telespazio S.p.A. since 2011, he has held the position of "Head of Satellite Ground Segment and On-Board Software programs", managing among others the development programs of the Control Desk and Flight Software of the small European launcher VEGA.
In 2017 he joined the Chief Technology Office team with the role of "Head of Technology, IPR and Product Policy", responsible for the Technological and Product Innovation Plan for the entire Telespazio Group.
Since 2023 he has held the role of "Vice President, National and European Funded Programmes" of Telespazio.
