Riccardo Bianco-Mengotti and Matteo Pecoraro will be conducting a seminar on Rotorcraft Design Workflow within the Rotorcraft Design course, MSc in Aeronautical Engineering.
The seminar will touch on the different roles and phases during the design of a rotorcraft, including helicopters and VTOL vehicles, focusing in particular on the initial phases of the conceptual and preliminary design.
Speakers:
Riccardo Bianco-Mengotti: Head of Concept Design at Leonardo Helicopters, has more than 25 years of experience in design on airplanes, helicopters, tiltrotors and VTOL projects in Italy and in the USA.
Matteo Pecoraro: Technical Leader for Design & Sizing at Leonardo Helicopters, with almost 10 years' experience in aerodynamics and flight mechanics disciplines in Leonardo.
